1. General

• Welcome to SHIRO LIGHT. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you access or use our website and services.
• When we refer to “SHIRO LIGHT”, “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean the company operating the website www.shirolight.com and any of our official platforms and channels.
• By placing an order or using our services (including but not limited to clothing sourcing, education abroad assistance, visa services, and medical tourism coordination), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable law. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must transact on your behalf.
• A valid email address and a valid delivery address (in India or internationally) are required to place an order.
• We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to our website or services where we reasonably believe a user’s conduct is abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise disruptive to our platform.
• SHIRO LIGHT only sells products and provides services through our official website and through authorized partners. We are not liable for transactions conducted outside these authorised channels.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of your order will apply. Please review this page regularly for changes.

2. Prices & Delivery Charges

• All prices shown on our website include applicable taxes where indicated (for example, GST for customers in India). Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your shipping address and chosen shipping method.
• Prices on our website may differ from prices at physical retail locations or at partner outlets.
• For international deliveries, any customs duties, taxes or import charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

3. Ordering

• To place an order, add the desired products or services to your cart and complete the checkout process.
• When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the specified products or services subject to these Terms. Orders are accepted and become binding only when SHIRO LIGHT confirms and processes the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.
• We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, regulatory restrictions, incorrect pricing or suspected misuse. If you have already paid and we cancel the order, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.

4. Payment Methods

• Currently, payment by bank transfer is the only accepted payment method. Payment instructions will be provided during checkout or as part of the enquiry/quotation process.
• Orders will be processed only after SHIRO LIGHT receives confirmation of payment. Please retain proof of payment (transaction receipt) until your order is complete.

5. Liability & Warranties

• We make commercially reasonable efforts to describe products and services accurately and to keep information current. However, we do not warrant that all information on the site is error-free or complete.
• Product images, colors, sizes and specifications are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly due to device displays, production batches or supplier changes.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHIRO LIGHT’s total liability for any claim arising from or connected with these Terms, our products, or our services is limited to the total amount you paid for the relevant order. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of business opportunity.

6. Force Majeure

• SHIRO LIGHT shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, pandemics, war, civil unrest, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseeable events (“Force Majeure Events”). In such cases, we will take commercially reasonable steps to resume performance as soon as practicable.

8. Severability

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of our website and services shall be governed by the laws of India.
• The courts located in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

10. Assignment

• SHIRO LIGHT may assign, transfer or novate any of its rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without prior notice to you. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

11. Communications & Marketing

• By using our platform you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS or phone in relation to your orders, enquiries and service updates.
• You may opt out of promotional or marketing messages by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such messages. Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent SHIRO LIGHT from sending you transactional messages relating to your orders or services.

12. Intellectual Property

• All content on the SHIRO LIGHT website — including text, images, graphics, logos, audio, video and software — is owned or licensed by SHIRO LIGHT and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
• By submitting reviews, testimonials, images or other content to SHIRO LIGHT, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish and display that content across our platforms for promotional and business purposes.
